Visit the neoclassical church which is the center of town square. The church has a beautiful bell tower and is situated in a charming area.
Visit one of the beach clubs on Los Muertos or Amapas beaches. Rent beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoy bar and food service in the sand.

If you want to check out a beautiful, quieter beach, consider bringing a towel to Playa Conchas Chinas. It's straight down the hill from the hotel and has gorgeous views of the bay. There are no immediate amenities available here.
Take a boat tour to a group of uninhabited islands a few miles off the coast. It is a great place to go snorkelling and explore the local wildlife. There are many travel companies that offer excursions to Las Islas Marietas.
